helpucover.co.uk voted best MPPi Provider by What Mortgage readers

Insurer helpucover.co.uk has won the prestigious Best MMPI Provider award as voted for by over 24,000 What Mortgage readers.

The What Mortgage Awards recognises businesses that excel in the UK's Mortgage Market. Unlike other awards, voters are not given a shortlist of companies to vote for. The Shortlist is drawn up by people independently recommending a company that they have had a great experience with. Consumers are then asked to vote for the best company in various sectors.

John Castagno, from helpucover.co.uk said "To be voted best MPPI provider for 2012 is a huge honour. It means all the more because the nominations came from our customers. This recognition is a credit to all the staff at helpucover.co.uk who work so hard to give the best possible service to our customers. Our Mortgage Payment Protection Insurance product is flexible to appeal to a wide range of consumers. It offers a variety of options, enabling customers to adapt cover to meet their changing personal circumstances. We use customer feedback after each call using a short automated survey to improve the care we give our customers: Basically we listen to them and act on what they tell us. Thank you to What Mortgage readers for nominating us and voting for us!"
