Date of birth

If you are unsure of your pet's date of birth, please put the first of the month in which you think your pet was born, as your best guess.

This cover can be taken out for pets over the age of eight weeks old. Cover can be taken out for cats up to their 10th birthday, dogs up to their eighth birthday and rabbits up to their fifth birthday.

However, if you continue to renew your policy your pet will be insured for the duration of it's life.
