There is a 14 day deferred period from your start date shown on your welcome letter before you can make a claim.
We cover items purchased and owned by you and family members living at the same address as you.
We don't ask you to register items valued at less than £150, but any items over £150 must be registered otherwise they can only be covered up to £150. We have no limit on the number of items covered within the premium. You can make two claims per 12 month period. Your policy covers you for up to £1,500 in a 12 month period subject to a claims excess of £50 per item.
Please note there is a 14 day deferred period from each time you register an item. You will not be able to make a claim during the deferred period.
All items stolen must be reported to the police and you will be required to provide some form of proof of purchase if you ever need to claim.
There is a £50 claims excess to pay per item.
