• have earned any no claims bonus you are using on a car policy in the UK in your own name and it has not expired more than 2 years ago

You and all drivers:

• are permanently resident in the UK
• have never been imprisoned or convicted of any non-motoring offences
• have never had insurance cancelled, refused or special terms imposed on any policy
• have not been served with any County Court Judgements (CCJs) in the last 6 years
• have no more than 5 motoring convictions in total in the last 5 years
• no more than 5 accidents, incidents or losses in total in the last 5 years

Any additional drivers:

• do not suffer from any DVLA notifiable disabilities or medical conditions

The Car:

• is kept at your home address
• has not been modified
• is not used for the carriage of goods or passengers for hire and reward
• is not used in connection with the motor trade
